Welcome to the Rusty Allen Airport Property Owner’s, Inc website. We are a Texas Corporation of all the lot owners in the Bar K Airport Subdivision in Lago Vista, Texas, in the beautiful hill country of Texas.  We were initially organized in 1990 as the Bar K Airport Property Owners Association Inc. We changed our Texas Corporation name, in September 1994, to the Rusty Allen Airport Property Owner’s Association Inc.
